TROESTER GmbH & Co. KG, the world leader in manufacturing systems for the rubber, cable, and compounding industries based in Hanover, welcomes a new member to its management team. After 33 successful and eventful years, Dr. Peter Schmidt has decided to hand over the commercial management of the company to Stephan Bartelt as of January 1, 2025. This change of generations marks an important step for the company’s future.
Dr. Peter Schmidt has significantly shaped the company over the past three decades and driven the success of TROESTER GmbH & Co. KG to become a global market leader in plastic and rubber systems. Numerous groundbreaking decisions and strategic developments were realized under his leadership.
As of January 2025, Stephan Bartelt will be responsible for the commercial management. Bartelt, who has been part of the TROESTER family for 15 years, has distinguished himself not only through his solid expertise and extensive leadership experience but also through his strong identification with the company’s values and goals. With him, a long-standing employee is taking over, who will continue the company’s tradition while also bringing fresh ideas for its future direction.
