The unique mode of operation of Continuous Kneaders allows for a gentle preparation of demanding compounds. If a compound is temperature sensitive, shear sensitive, or highly filled, Continuous Kneaders are a perfect choice. The unique mixing principle also provides broad processing windows in combination with low wear rates.
Due to the modular design of the complete processing section, it is possible to optimize the setup just for your application. As demanding applications require accurate process monitoring, it is our standard to provide
multiple thermocouples installed in the mixing pins for the accurate measurement of the product temperature.
We support the operation of 3-flight Continuous Kneaders worldwide by providing a full range of spare parts, most of them immediately available from our extensive stock in Hanover, Germany and Kaisten, Switzerland. Our customers appreciate the short lead times and our reliable delivery.
Beside short-term delivery of spare parts, we develop long-term maintenance strategies with our customers, which include tailored spare part packages and consignment stocks at numerous TROESTER locations around the world. This service can also supplemented by various predictive and preventive maintenance measures.
Regarding to the Kneader process, a robust and reliable process design is the basis for longlasting efficiency. Our experienced and welltrained process engineers are at your disposal to optimise existing plants or to create new plant concepts tailored to your requirements.
The extrusion line control systems as well as the design of electrical components are essential elements of our Kneader plants. The control is developed, designed and programmed by inhouse specialists. The Line-PC is used for visualization and process trending, recipe handling and the long-term production and quality protocol.
We tailor our services according to your needs. Experienced technicians can perform maintenance on-site at your request. Furthermore, our highly knowledgably process specialists will support in developing tailored service plans. This can also include the replacement of worn-out parts, the refurbishment of any damaged equipment and upgrades of outdated equipment to state-of-the art equivalent machinery.
